Connecting Node 2i to WPA2-Enterprise network

Hi, 

I am a college student attempting to connect my Node 2i to my school's internet. The IT department informed me that my campus uses a WPA2-enterprise network, and that the Node would be incompatible with that kind of network. However, when I plug in the Node to ethernet, the LEDs turn blue, indicating the Node has a connection. Unfortunately, it is still invisible in the BluOS app. How can I connect my Node to the internet?

  Hi Shea

  Unfortunately, your college's IT Group has likely disabled the use of IoT Appliances such as your Blueosund NODE. This is not uncommon in shared environments. I would continue to work with them about possible options but many corporate or commercial environments disable mDNS protocols used by not just BluOS but many smart home products.
