    Thank you. Based on your suggestion, I checked and tried to change channel too but no luck. Probably, the player does not take any IR signal from the remote for some reason after firmware was upgraded to BluOS 4.4.19 a few weeks ago. I will contact support@nadelectronics.com. Thank you again!

    I’m having the exact same issue. After an update, the remote has stopped working. The batteries are fine. Does anyone have a suggestion?
