NAD M10 V2 Remote Control does not work.
AnsweredNone of the original NAD M10 V2 Remote Control function is working. It is not a battery issue or anything like that. When I press any buttons on the given remote control, the red light indicator blinks on the remote control well too. I can control the volume using BluOS app from my iPhone but not using remote control. The remote control even can not power on or off my NAD M10 V2 amplifier. I recently bought NAD M10 V2 and the software was just upgraded to version BluOS 4.4.19. Can you please help?

Have a look to see if the Bluesound support page helps you, you may have the remote / player on different channels.

Thank you. Based on your suggestion, I checked and tried to change channel too but no luck. Probably, the player does not take any IR signal from the remote for some reason after firmware was upgraded to BluOS 4.4.19 a few weeks ago. I will contact support@nadelectronics.com. Thank you again!
