Don't Screw With The App
I had a BlueSound update yesterday and it appears to have changed how my music queues work. And not for the better. I dumped my Sonos system because they made pointless and arbitrary changes to their app which provided no benefits but ruined the user experience. Only the dumbest among us - e.g. current and former Sonos designers - think it makes sense to change the user interface or workflow just to look "more modern" or any similar non-justification. Think about it: there has been no need to change the location of a car's gas pedal and brake for the last 100 years because it works just fine. Sonons is being punished in the marketplace and in the press for their stupidity. Don't join them.
