BluOS update has frozen my C700
AnsweredAsked to perform a software update, after an hour of it switching on and off I now get Error#1 server unreachable.
The C700 is 10ft away and in the sane room as our fibre router which sends out 300 mps

Temporarily use an Ethernet lead, moving it closer to your Router is necessary.
If that does not help then please contact NAD Support regarding your NAD support@nadelectronics.com
