    If you are comfortable then I would perform a factory reset, then if still having issues in the BluOS App please select Settings, Send Support Request, so the Bluesound Support Crew can review the log file and take a closer look.

    Have a look at Apple “Home” and see what the name is in there, always best place to change it otherwise Airplay / HomeKit gets confused. Also try rebooting your Router to clear out the cache.

    Thanks, it's not in Apple Home (I don't use it but reinstalled it on my phone to check). No difference rebooting router either :(
