Vault 2 Red LED

Abruptly powering off Vault 2 device has left it in red LED state many times since I first purchased it. I have managed to resolve this issue by connecting USB with the latest firmware of unit. I raised request #427250 to obtain the latest as I only have an old image from Feb 2024 and reinstallation (red & green flashing during reinstall) is not working as I'm using an image on USB that is over 4 months older than version installed.
Support response on this ticket hasn't assisted with providing new OS download for USB but rather suggesting to troubleshoot optical LED on/off/blinking, IP address in router verification and suggesting issue with power supply. If this was the first time this has happened to me then I'm happy to go through this but it's not. This has happened multiple times and I was able to resolve myself from reinstallation via USB.
I have responded again on the ticket but posting here in case someone can assist to escalate the request as I have had to perform this USB reinstall step many times over the past few years when mistakenly unplugging power from unit before shutting it down. I have provided photo proof of Vault2 ownership on the ticket.
