Setting up wireless audio from a windows PC - having some issues
Hi all
I'm trying to setup wireless audio playback from a windows PC. My receiver is a NAD T758 with a BluOS wireless dongle.
The BluOS program on windows manages to stream audio flawlessly. However, I have several issues:
-
I cannot get BluOS playback to work outside of using the app on windows. So my normal browsing, spotify, etc... has no audio playback
-
The BluOS program does not react to windows volume controls. I usually adjust volume by keyboard controls, and windows audio settings detect these changes normally, however, BluOS does not adjust accordingly.
The second problem is of course irrelevant if the first gets solved.
Thanks in advance!

Check out www.bluesound.com/bluetooth for full details on how to redirect all audio from your Windows PC to any BluOS Player (including your NAD T758).

Not sure I understand your first question, do you wish to play music on the PC itself?
You cannot change volume on the PC because the BluOS app does not and cannot play music on the device it is installed on. It is solely a controller app to control the BluOS device (dongle in your case).

Hi,
Thanks for your response.
I want my BluOS player to be the main output for my windows sound. Youtube, gaming, spotify, windows startup sound, etc... everything needs to be played wirelessly through the BluOS dongle on my receiver.
Thanks!
