Probably better answering this on the UK ISPReview forums but here goes…

You need about 10Mbps to stream lossless, so at least a 20Mbps connection to allow other users and normal browsing at the same time, this is easily achieved with 4G.

If you wanted to stream different music to several rooms then multiply the above by the number of rooms.

If you wanted to stream the same music to multiple rooms then the 20Mbps will suffice.

You do of course need to think about the local Wi-Fi network as this also has to be able to cope with the streams.

Back to 5G, a directional aerial is good but an omnidirectional aerial if often better. Masts can become oversubscribed and the throughput drops, so having access to alternative masts is important. Also if the mast develops a fault or needs maintenance then you will be stuck with no signal unless you go on the roof and turn the aerial.

If you want to talk about S/N 5G stats then the ISPReview forum would be the best place,

    Forgot to say…

The internal aerials in the 5G Router at that distance will be fine.

If streaming Hires then the amount of download speed you need will be higher.
