Continuing issues with wifi...now Node X will can be see and work in the BlueOS App. BUT, will not show up in Airplay.
AnsweredI have contacted Bluesound support several times about this and continue to get the same answers which are not working...OH they will work for maybe a week or a couple of days and then although it shows on my network...my Node X will NOT show up in the app or airplay unless I reboot the network.
YES...the IP is reserved.
Now, this...after working find Saturday...Sunday although it shows up in the BlueOS app and will play THROUGH IT. The Node X will NOT be seen in Airplay at all..whether its from Apple Music, Apple Classical APP, or my Sirius XM App.
I am an Apple Music guy. I use Airplay primarily. All of these issues are just not acceptable. And they are ongoing. I really really really want to LIKE the Node X. But, its becoming one issue after another and I'm afraid the frustration is not worth it seeing as how there are so many other good products on the market today.

Our recommendation in this case would be to tell the Support Crew what you tried did not work... they would be happy to troubleshoot further.
I have taken the liberty of re-opening your request. They will be in touch and likely ask to schedule a remote session to help investigate what traffic is being blocked and why.

Thank you. I would welcome that. Not attempting to be an a-hole customer. I just want this to work correctly.
