SYNC - Flex 2i with Interface Audio Fuse from Arturia

I have connected my Native Instrument Machine MK3 to an Arturia Audio Fuse. The speakers - KRK 5 - of my neighbor are connected to the Audio Fuse. Before I buy new speakers, I wanted to know whether my two Flex2i speakers works and sound good on the audio interface.
The difference in sound is already clear. But I could still live with that. But the delay is terrible. Every tap on the MK3 is easily half a second or even longer too late. Even when I run the Flex2i on the Mac. There is a clear delay when watching films/tutorials on YouTube. Conclusion As it is, unusable.

Can I try anything else, or will I have to buy other speakers? Is there a recommendation? The size of the Flex would be ideal. I wouldn't have room for the KRK :-(

  I thought analogue was analogue.
  At least it could work on a PC... But OK. I'll find something that works
