    I think you should try to "refresh" your network after an update.

    Cut power to your router and Bluesound player. Wait 5'. Power up your router and wait again 5'.

    Restart the player(s). Open the app and see if it solved the issue.

    If the problem still occurs, delete the app(s) from your ipads and re-install.

    As a last resort you better contact the Bluesound support team using the support request in the app.

    I appreciate your help! I've already done everything except for reinstalling the app. Although I'm not sure why, this has finally made it possible to use the iPads again:-)
