3 Nodes on the network none of the Desktop controller apps can see them

    I can log directly into each players control panel via IP address if my laptop is connected to the switch that the node is connected to, but otherwise cannot.

    Just another Bluesound user here since this is a user forum.

    This sounds like it may be due to multiple networks. From your description I gather that when the laptop is connected via WiFi it cannot see the Nodes but when it is wired it does. This suggests to me that there may be dual networks operating with unique IP's assigned to each. 

    Until you hear back from Bluesound support it may be fruitful to look at the Orbi settings for wired and wireless.
