Solid red light on Pulse 2
AnsweredHi, my Pulse 2 suddenly cut out and was not findable in the app anymore. Tried rebooting it but now shows a solid red light and does not respond to my attempts at factory resets. Was plugged in with a cable but also had WiFi. Please advise!

In the BluOS App please select Settings, Send Support Request, so the Bluesound Support Crew can review the log file and take a closer look. If you cannot do this then use email support@bluesound.com
