Solid red light on Pulse 2

Hi, my Pulse 2 suddenly cut out and was not findable in the app anymore. Tried rebooting it but now shows a solid red light and does not respond to my attempts at factory resets. Was plugged in with a cable but also had WiFi. Please advise!
