Sandisk 1TB SSD - "Error Decoding" Messages
AnsweredI recently purchased a 1TB Sandisk SSD model number SDSSDE50-1T00 to move my music collection from a 500GB HD (spinner) to add more space. I followed the instructions to format the SSD in the proper file format from MacOS and copied my music collection to the SDD. However, some files always produce an error stating that was an error decoding during playback. I thought it was just the most recently added files from Qobuz but I confirmed that it did not happen with the HD.
From searching the Support topics it looks like there are issues popping up with Sandisk SSDs. Any guidance?

Please send us a support request using the BluOS app. This way, our app will send a diagnostic log file that our support crew can assist what is going on with your Bluesound player and the USB SSD.
