    Hi Paul

    I have looked at your ticket and advise you to keep working with our team to resolve your request (currently #30997). Brandon C is currently assigned to this ticket.

    In the original request #28030 - it looks like Kyle F asked you to return the product to your dealer because it looks like a hardware related issue and may be covered under warranty.

    Please let Brandon know (via your current e-mail thread) if in fact this is a second unit having similar problems so we can focus on your network router or if this in fact may still be the same Player with a possible hardware issue.
