This is often caused by your App not discovering the Player due to your home network blocking traffic. I have escalated this to our Support Crew so they may take a closer look. They will be in touch via e-mail to ask some specific router details off you and provide more 1:1 troubleshooting.

I also have the same problem. Unable to load any bluos app screen. My psp alpha iq speakers can play the last music I played thru bluos. Nothing else because the app hang.

Yesterday the app functioned well and quickly found the players. Today I wanted to stream music but the players are not visible again! Today I reset the node again by removing the power. Unfortunately, the players are not visible in the app again Serial number of the node K59N2B06735

Hi Tony currently the node is connected with a cable to my home network. can I also connect the node with wifi? if so I would like to receive a manual that I can use to connect the node with wifi to the router

Ethernet is the best connection as it’s fast, reliable and not subject to interference. If you want to swap to Wi-Fi make sure you have a good signal where the NODE is located and using the BluOS App add your Wi-Fi credentials. Then disconnect the Ethernet lead and the NODE will then be using Wi-Fi. Sometime you have to reboot the NODE as the Router can get a bit confused (suddenly it knows about two devices with the same name but different MAC addresses)
