Can’t get an answer about my RMA label
AnsweredI received a unit that is defective, submitted an RMA request to just have it traded out for a new unit and it was approved. I received an email with an RMA number and it said that I just needed to download and print out the label to ship it back , but there was no label. I’ve called an emailed to no avail. I just want to send it back and get a new replacement. I’ve only had it for a few weeks and haven’t been able to enjoy it.
