Rebooting the device without WEB access

Good day. All my devices froze when I tried to update. via the link: 11000/SyncStatus
on all devices the following information:

Is there any way to remotely reboot devices? There is no physical access to the facility now, but guests live there and I cannot ask them to reboot because... The server cabinet is locked. Please help. I connect via SSH but I don’t know the username and password.

  If you are seeing Error 1 in upgrade, this means your Internet Gateway is not ready or the player did not see it after a reboot. The ONLY way to resolve this is by power cycling the unit. There is not remote reboot command if the Player is in Upgrade Mode.

  In ready mode, you can use Settings Diagnostics, Reboot though.
