blue sound powernode solid red light
Answeredmy power node has been shutting down after playing at not high sound volume the unit is very warm. I disconnected power cord for a day. Today I reconnected the unit and played it at a low volume , the sold red light came back after a few minutes and unit continued to play for 15 to twenty minutes then it cut out again , it did not feel overly warm

Hi James, do take a torch to the back of the POWERNODE and double check there are no stray (very fine) wires that could inadvertently touch where they should not, this also applies to the speakers.
When music is playing in the BluOS App please select Settings, Send Support Request, so the Bluesound Support Crew can review the log file and take a closer look.
