iOS app always starts with 'Connecting to Player'
AnsweredWe have an iPad Pro 12.9 inch running iOS 16.7.8, and the BluOS App v 4.4.0, with BluOS Version 4.4.11. This also happens on our iPad 5th Gen on the same iOS version.
The issue arrises when you open the app for the first time, or after closing the app. The app immediately launches the 'Connecting to Player - BluOS is connecting to your Player in order to begin Wi-Fi Setup'.
All of our BluOS players are correctly set up.
Once you click 'Cancel', you get the popup:
"Do you want to cancel now? Canceling the Player Setup might result in an unresponsive Player requiring to do a factory reset to start again"
Clicking 'Yes' drops you into the app and allows you to operate all of the BluOS devices as you would expect.
All of our players are correctly set up, and we have 16 BluOS devices on our network.
This behavior does not manifest on the Android app (and never has), nor on the Desktop Controller for Windows, but has always happened on all of our iPads.
Is this a normal thing? I have allowed Local Network access in iOS, but there has been no change. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the apps on the iPads and the behavior is consistent. It doesn't create a usability problem, but it is annoying. Does anyone else experience this or is it unique to our network?

I have sent through the diagnostics.
