iOS app always starts with 'Connecting to Player'

    Hi Jason, no this is not normal and the “ Connecting to Player - BluOS is connecting to your Player in order to begin Wi-Fi Setup” should only happen on the initial first time launch of the app or if you never add any BluOS devices.

    Off the top of my head either some odd network configuration or a VPN configured on the iPads. You can reset networks without erasing the iPad and data but it’s odd that both exhibit the same and best to follow the below…

    Once you have the BluOS App working please select Settings, Send Support Request, so the Bluesound Support Crew can review the log file and take a closer look.
