Search Doesn't Work!
AnsweredAfter installing the most recent update (version 4.4.0) on my Mac Laptop, the Search function doesn't work. When I click on Search, I get the message "Just a moment", and then after a moment, I am just where I was before I clicked on Search. I am unable to type anything into the search box. It seems absurd to me that the software would be released with such a huge and obvious problem. BluOs has really gone downhill with their quality control. So disappointing from what once seemed like such a promising company.

Have you submitted a request to Bluesound Support? If you're not able to through the app then the link at the bottom right of this page will work.

Just tested 4.4.0 on my M2 Macbook Air MacOS 14.5 and found it much more responsive and faster than before with Library search. A huge improvement for my 37k library with better organized search results.
Qobuz was quick as well. I like the clarity of the UI and how search is broken out into it's own segment.
Perhaps an uninstall/reinstall would clear up the issue you're having.

I submitted a report to Bluesound 6 days ago and have not had any reply. This is not the first time that I have submitted a support request that has been ignored, so I am not surprised. I am surprised that nobody else seems to be having this problem except for me.

In searching your profile using the e-mail address you posted here, we have no record of a Support Request submitted via "Settings, Send Support Request" in the BluOS App or by e-mailing support@bluesound.com.
Can you please try a search in the App and if it fails again, please select Help, Send Support Request in the BluOS App so our Support Crew may have a record of the log file and help diagnose the issue you are seeing.
