No sound on two computers
AnsweredHi, are we no longer allowed to send support messges with diagnostics?
For the hundredth time, sound has gone on the Bluesound app on my Mac

You should be able to send support requests using the BluOS app. You can also reach us via email to support@bluesound.com or support@bluos.netFor now, I will escalate your feedback to a support request. A member of our support team will reach out to you soon.
