Sorry, we couldn't open the external link
AnsweredAbout 10:15AM Pacific Time. June 9. Got external service error, so logged out of amazon music service. tried to log back in and received "Sorry, we couldn't open the external link". Players and controller are up to date.
Rebooted players. Also restarted PC. Opened BluOS again and still receive the same error. I can play music from my network share local library, through BLUOS. I am able to stream Amazon Music in another room directly to echo speakers, no Bluesound involved. I can use the Amazon Music App on my PC, without any problems. I have Amazon Unlimited Family Plan.

Tried to log into Amazon Music Forum to see if anything was reported there. Forum said my password was incorrect and had to be at least 8 characters long. I changed my password to at least 8 characters long and was able to login to the Forum. Then I went back to BLUOS on my PC and tried to get into Amazon Music and still received the same couldn't open external link error.
Then installed BLUOS on my new Android Phone with the new longer password and was able to access Amazon Music on the Android. Then went back to my PC and still received "can't open link" error in BLUOS. Then reinstalled BLUOS on my PC and now Amazon Music works on my PC.
Amazon must have recently changed the password length requirement.
