Disconnection
AnsweredI have a NAD T778 and Node X using an android controller. The NAD constantly disconnects and gives an error that it attempted multiple re connections but failed. Only way to get it back on line is to reboot. This happens multiple times a day. Furthermore when I have to re set it up in the app it always fails and I have to log into the device directly. Also have sent a couple of support requests and received no response. My connection to the Node x is perfect. I have never had an app like this with so many problems and at this point the customer service is brutal. I hope I can get this resolved quickly and support will be responsive.
