Mac cannot connect to Vault: "An unexpected error occurred (error code 0)"

    Hi Richard,

    Copy down what the IP of the Player is after going to Help>Diagnostics on the Mobile app or by going to Help>About Player on the Desktop App.

    Then open Finder, Select Go, Connect to Server and enter "cifs://" and then the Vault's IP address i.e: "cifs://192.168.1.XX".

    When prompted, select the Shared folder. If prompted for a User ID, login as guest.  

    If you are still experiencing errors on your MAC, try rebooting the Vault and your MAC to ensure that any services that may be restricting access have restarted.
