remote control Sony en zing provider is not working?

Our remote control no longer works to control the sound. At the moment, only the soundbar and therefore the subwoofer on the remote control wake up. The two Pulse M speakers no longer work when I use the remote control. Everything works fine in the Blesound app. Completely reset, what's going on, Greetings Marco

  If the two PULSE Ms are connected as rear speakers to a home theatre group, please unplug your router for 5 seconds and plug it back in, wait 5 minutes then unplug and plug back in all 4 Bluesound Players for 5 seconds then plug them back in and wait 5 more minutes.
