Bluos upgrade stuck , locking up NAD C389. Error 11
AnsweredMy C389 is trying to accept a BluOS update, It reports that there are 4 steps. It completes steps 1 and 2 and then powers off. When restarted it displays Error 11. If I power it off completely with the switch on the back, it does the same thing. No other action is possible, so my music system is unusable at present. The BluOS app shows it stuck at step 3 of 4.
Help please!

Any luck Andrew? I tried factory reset on both the MCU and BluOS module but nothing seems to work, as soon as it boots it will download the update and try to install it again, with the same result.
My system is entirely unusable right now and it's starting to piss me off

Hi Dieter, I'm in touch with support and am starting up a diagnostics process with them. I'll let you know how that goes, but in the meantime you'll probably be best to do the same if you haven't already.
I understand your frustration; I'd just unboxed a new turntable when this happened, so that's sitting there unusable alongside everything else.
