Songs keep repeating, HELP

I didn't "change " anything, but now the same song just keeps playing over and over, I have to manually touch the next song, and then IT plays over and over again.  I am old and not a techy person, please help me.  Thanks.

  Are you using Alarms?
  I have this behaviour frequently due to alarms with no timeout.
