The error is saying the music / connection to Tidal is the problem and or dropped off the network, If using Wi-Fi check that you have a good enough signal where the PULSE M is sited.

Also do try rebooting your Router and checking to see if the M has the latest firmware. For testing you could temporarily connect it via Ethernet directly to the router see if the issue stops.

As for Sonos, head over to the forum for the latest about their recent update.

streaming from iphone using spotify and that has just crashed the unit again - so another reboot needed 3 time this afternoon - so don’t think it is tidal - will check out the update from Sonos

All the buttons on the pulse unresponsive - nothing happens - the blue light is on but none of them respond

It’s dropping off your network rather than crashing, best to contact Bluesound support directly if rebooting the router did not help.

Not a wi-fi issue as everything is solid as I say the Pulse M has crashed

Whilst you wait for support you could try playing one of the FLAC or MQA streams from Radio Paradise via the BluOS App  as this will remove your Phone / Tablet from the equation and its local connectivity.
