    Following discussions with our Engineering team regarding your specific issue, they have replicated the issue in our labs. Our Engineering team will conduct further investigation and provide a fix for this issue in an upcoming firmware update.
     
    Unfortunately, we in technical support do not receive timelines for future development and releases, so I cannot provide a definite date for when this update will be available. Nevertheless, please be assured that our Engineering team is diligently working to resolve this issue as promptly as possible.
     
    Our team may contact you directly if they require further details regarding the issue you're experiencing.

    I think I accidentally found a workaround for this. If I keep it to a single word, it usually works for me. Pink Floyd? Error. Floyd? Shows me Pink Floyd stuff. Gotan Project? Nope. Gotan? Works.

    Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately it does not work for Lindisfarne as that is one word but  Deacon finds Deacon Blue, but if I put in Pink Floyd, it finds Pink Floyd. All getting very wierd,

    Same issue for me since the last app update. Using a Samsung Galaxy S23+ and getting a "Couldn't Load Content" error when searching for some things on Amazon music.

    Same problem,of the 300 or so albums I listen to about 90% say content couldn't be loaded,I am on Amazon music too,tried everything nothing helps,getting fed up of listening to the same 30 albums,need help quickly,thanks.

    I have exactly the same issue, so it seems it affects a number of users. As said above changing the search to one single word sometimes works and also adding one letter at a time and searching also gives different results. Hopefully this can be resolved quickly.

    Good news finally - Blu OS 4.4.17 released today fixed the Amazon search problem for me.
