    Hi Mark,

    Lets start by rebooting your iPad air and see if that helps with your issue. One quick trick that we suggest to everyone is to quickly enable Airplane mode for about 10-15 seconds then turn it back off. Make sure that the iPad is on the same wifi as the Bluesound player is connected.
