    Hi Lee

    Please unplug your player from the wall for 10 seconds then plug it back in. Do not worry you will not damage it or 'brick' the upgrade. In the meantime, I have asked our Support Crew to reach out to you via e-mail directly in case the upgrade still remains stuck.
