    Hi Joel

    The problem you are encountering is likely due to one or two of your players not connecting to the same network. They all either have to be on Next or on the Telco Router. That or NEST may be having problems addressing the Players. I am escalating it to our Support Crew so they can reach out you directly via e-mail and provide you more 1:1 help on this.

    I have a similar problem, however it’s only in Spotify connect one of my players doesn’t appear. They all appear in BluOS.
    I’ve been using Google nest WiFi for the last 7-8 years and have never experienced the problem before. Recently I’ve connected the player to the network with a cable which made it appear in Spotify connect again, but only for a few weeks - now it has disappeared again.
    Can you help me solve the problem? Thank you.
