Hello Mike. In my case it ended up being a faulty interconnect cable. I finally discovered that by switching the left and right around and the issue moved to the left channel so that confirmed it was the interconnect which was the problem. I think what was happening is when I was pulling the power cord out of the back of the Node and plugging it back in it moved things around just enough fix the poor connection in the interconnect for a period of time but eventually it would fail again. That said, through the BlueOS app you can put in a support request. The team at Bluesound was great in helping me to try and resolve the problem. There is a way that you can share the logs from the unit and with that we were able to discover that my wifi signal to the Node was really weak which could also cause playback issues. I was able to change the placement of my mesh router and that solved the wifi issue.
