Thanks for #LivingHiFi -
Doesn’t it work when you just have one sub plugged in

Or could you use a y-adapter to create a mono signal to the sub if necessary

That is the issue: the crossover bar was there 2 days ago. Now it is not. I have one sub plugged in. I could use a y-adapter, if I had one, but that’s hardly the point. Something in either the firmware or the app (both of which I updated yesterday) has caused it to disappear for my current setup.

Just trying to come up with a workable solution.

Can’t you control it with a webbrowser and the ip address of your NAD? Simple type ‘http://‘follwed by that ip address in your webbrowser and you can control the NAD directly. Or use the cursor keys on the NAD itself? If the option is there then the app has a bug, but you can still control it this way and if not present the firmware has yet again a new bug.

Hi Simon
Just to clarify - when you set it to 2 subwoofers and set the crossover, that crossover will be in effect even if you only have 1 subwoofer plugged in. You should be able to set it with 2, then go back to 1 subwoofer and the crossover will still work, you just cannot adjust it. This is usually a set and forget setting anyway so should not come abut often.
That being said we do hope to resolve this in a near future release.

Thanks for the suggestions, and thanks Tony W for the acknowledgement. Set & forget it might be, but I’ve only just got my sub so am still experimenting with how I like it. I can confirm that the web browser shows the crossover setting when one amp is selected. It is the iPhone app & iPad app that are bereft.
Cheers, Simon0
