node2 firmware upgrade fail and doesn't work

hello,

 

I use node2

Recently I try to upgrade new firmware.

But node2 isn't working in upgrade process and solid red light.

 

I turn off and turn on and then node2 isn't working

My BluOS Controller shot is here

 

Pls help me to fix my node2

  I will check it tonight

   

  I want to ask one thing.

  After firmware upgrade fail I do factory reset. 

  And turn-on node2, light is solid blue and same screen of BluOS controller.

   

  Is it possible informed way?

  Probably a communication issue betweem Node and router, after the factory reset & update.

  Reboot your router: cut power to Node and router, wait 5 min., restart router, wait 5 min., restart Node.
