Intermittent dropouts
AnsweredThis Memorial Day weekend, am noticing short dropouts. Bluos performs automatic reconnect tries and it comes back after 20 seconds or so. One time I received a broken pipe message, so I had to manually restart the play queue. I have wired Node 2i's, live in Long Beach Ca area. Is anyone else seeing something similar?

Another BluOS user here. Broken pipe typically signifies a network error. Are the dropouts from a streaming service or local files?
Try rebooting the router and then the Nodes.

Spectrum Internet had an outage early Friday evening. After the internet came back on later Friday evening, everything was fine until Saturday afternoon. Then the dropouts started. Late Sunday afternoon, Spectrum reported another outage but came back up again Sunday evening. Everything seems fine today (Monday), so far.
Spectrum internet is usually rock solid. Don't know what is going on with them.
