AnsweredMy Vault is stuck with a solid red light, has been like that for days. I've tried a reboot without success and now my reading around the net tells me I might need to reinstall the firmware but there is no access anywhere for the firmware and no obvious links to download sites or email addresses to contact support. You get the feeling that once sold Bluesound don't care. Maybe this is a throwaway device, with very poor support, in fact not just poor, it's total sh*t.
Why does something so simple have to be made almost impossible?
