Don’t know anything about Dali unfortunately but Bluesound works on both frequencies, sometimes the Router may need configuring.

Suggest you contact Dali BluOS support… support@bluos.net

Try deleting the App and reinstalling, check in the iOS Settings, ensure under Apps that Local Network support is enabled for the BluOS App.

No problem, thanks for quick reply, much appreciated. As I wrote, it works with LAN/wire connection and Spotify, but not the app in utsedd, it just freeze as I cant access the player/hub. I will send them an email.

    Hi again Seppi,

now I got this reply from DALI (Jonn in DK):

    Hi again

A steady blue light on the NMP modules indicates that it is connected to a network and working.

'I am using Spotify, and the DALI sound hub is there to be selected as a choice.' For the app to find the Sound Hub they need to be on the same network which this seams to indicate. I am guessing it is in 'connect to a device menu' you can see the SOUND HUB. If this is the case then the NPM module is connected to network and working.

From what you write about the BluOs app it sound more like an issue between the new firmware for the Iphone and the BluOs app, only Apple and BluOs can answer questions on their own software.

    Should I run this with support@bluos.net ?

    Thx again!

    BR

    Joakim
