BluOS app

Just got a Roksan Attessa streaming amp yesterday. It's wonderful, records sound amazing, and BluOS wandered off and did it's thing with my NAS perfectly. But most of the music on there is my ripped CDs, and I double ripped them both into MP3 and FLACs. My file structure in NAS keeps them separate, but BluOS has them all in the one folder if I look for an album. So I get track one twice, as MP3 and as FLAC. Is there any way to make it not do this with the library? And please don't say I need to move all of one file type to another folder on the NAS
