Neglible sound out of Powernode

I just bought a new Powernode and new Bowers & Wilkins AM-1. On connecting the speakers to the powernode, at the max volume I can hear very faint sound coming out of the speakers. What may be the issue? I have tried music from Tunein as well as via Bluetooth.
