Let’s put the scroll indicator under the thumb doing the scrolling.

What UI expert decided it made sense to put the letter of the alphabet you are on, so close to the scroll that it’s actually under your thumb on an iPhone at least. You know the device. The one used very very rarely by nobody. The devise which sells billions of cases which effect how you scroll when at edge of the device. I have a 1/2’mm rise on the edge for my case. Ie. Slim to nothing. I’m talking about when dragging the slider down. Eg to select an Artist. Dumb dumb dumb and lazy programming and design.
