I have this same issue on a Powernode with BluOs 4.10.19. Not sure if it’s because of this version as I had not used this in a long time. Removing it from Homekit and adding it again does not help.

Try power cycling the iPhone / Pad, the Router and the Powernode, normally doing this gets HomeKit working for me.
If that fails in the BluOS app, please navigate to Settings and under Help & Support select “Send Support Request” this sends to logs to support who will then get in touch with you.

The reboot of everything normally fixes it, perhaps not this time unfortunately

Thanks Seppi. I had my fair share of Homekit issues before I upgraded my setup a couple of years ago. Now I have everything on a Mikrotik router and AP’s that are rock solid. Not the easiest to set up, but very good value.
