Having a problem getting one of my Power Nodes (2i) to re-connect to the wifi for some reason.  Status LED is "blue" but cannot see it when looking at the players (we have 7 players in the home and 6 of them are working fine)......only have one wifi....  Have tried powering it down with no change and same with the gateway/modem...just seems to re-connect (LED goes blue) but no change...  Want to try a "factory reset" but looking at the instructions it says I could loose all the playlists.....so to my question....why when doing a factory reset on any player would delete the play lists?  I thought the playlists were a "system" feature and not dedicated to any certain player?

 

any help would be appreciated
