Bluesound node x buzzing noise
AnsweredI hope somebody can help can with the issue I am having. I have got Bluesound Node X and powered PMC Tweenty5 23i active speakers that are connected via Chord C-line RCA cable. There is a buzzing noise coming from the speakers - around 60hz when RCA is plugged in into the active crossover that goes away when being plugged into Bluesound but as soon as I start playing something the noise comes back. It gets significantly louder when I plug HDMI arc cable into the streamer. From what I've read this is due to ground loop. I've plugged speakers and streamer to the same extension lead with mains conditioner. I have tried. different RCA cables and moving the node to different locations. Is there anything else I can do to rectify this?

Hi Gniewko,
Try connecting your audio equipment directly to the wall power outlet bypassing any power strips or power conditioner. Does the buzzing sound persist? Also, try connecting the NODE X directly to your active speakers and see if the buzzing sound persists.
