Powernode 2i Bluetooth output
AnsweredThe Powernode 2i is described as having Bluetooth input and output. As far as I can see the only output is to Bluetooth headphones. When I click on Bluetooth headphones on the app a long list of devices which receive Bluetooth comes up, but the 2i won’t connect to any of them, except for the headphones. As a hearing aid user I would like to be able to receive output from the 2i on my hearing aids, either directly or via another device such as my phone or iPad, but because of the very limited outputs from the 2i this doesn’t appear to be possible. If there was an optical output, that would solve my problem, but there isn’t. Can anyone suggest a solution, other than ditching the 2i and buying a more versatile product?

Hi John
Can you please send our Support Crew a log of your POWERNODE 2i by selecting Settings, Send Support Request in the BluOS App from the Home tab. Once we have that, one of our Support Crew Members will review your logfile and contact you via e-mail with some tips.

Just another customer here.
It might be helpful to determine whether there is a setting or manufacturer's adjustment to your hearing aids. My brother, who has bluetooth hearing aids had to have them set to receive a bluetooth signal from his television.
