    Hi Rune

    Likely an expired certificate on your Bluesound Player when accessing TIDAL. Please log out of TIDAL from the Manage Music Services button on the Music Tab.

    Select Settings, Diagnostics, Reboot from the Home tab. Once your pLayer restarts, log back into TIDAL.

    If problems persist, please select Settings, Send Support Request and we may take a closer look.
