Powernode suddenly stopped working

Hi!

My PowerNode suddenly stopped working. I didnt get around to checking on it since sometimes this happens to me with my 6 BlueSound products that they loose bluetooth connection since the v4 update. Its in the topp cubbard in the kitchen so kind of hard to reach, haha. But checked it yesterday but its completely dead, nothing happens when I reconnect the power cord

Any ideas what to do?

  Yes, I tried another cable and another outlet but still nothing. Thanks! Didnt know about the support request in the app, will try that
