After last update, can't find my Vault library
AnsweredI use Vault and Node 2i, each attached to to different system. When both systems are on, I play the same music on both. My controllers are on two different iMacs and it doesn't make a difference which one I use. Both used to access the 600 CDs stored on my Vault.

It sometimes happens that communication between devices is lost after updates.
This can usually be solved by rebooting the devices (cut power and wait a few minutes).
Ultimately, a reboot of the router is needed (power down devices + router, start router, wait 5', restart devices).
Setting reserved ip addresses for your devices in your router can help prevent the issue.
If needed, a support request ("menu">"help">"send a support request") will get you the help from the support team.

This story has a very happy ending. As I said in my response earlier, Vivek was terrific. He spent over an hour with me, fixed every thing plus more. I couldn't be more pleased. Viola, a very happy ending and a very happy Bluesound user.

Many thanks for the update.
There are too many stories without endings on this forum, and it's too easy to think the worst these days when bad news is all we tend to hear.
Perhaps we all need to be encouraged (by Bluesound) to share in each thread how our stories ended.
