Radio Paradise thumbs down button selected by default.

Hi Bluesound Team, When I play Radoparadise, I see that the “thumbs-down” button is selected by default. It happens even when I skip to the next track. This has never happened before. Any ideas on what I can do to revert back. I.e. the thumbs up and thumbs down are not selected.
